Our sheet metal fabrication capabilities support a wide range of complex components and assemblies requiring tight tolerances, repeatability, and structural integrity. From flat blanks to fully formed geometries, we manage the entire process in-house to ensure consistency and control. We specialize in forming and shaping aluminum, Inconel, and steel components used in demanding environments, with a focus on maintaining dimensional accuracy and material integrity throughout production.
Processes
♦ Deep Draw Forming
Precision brake forming for simple to complex bends, supporting tight tolerances and repeatable setups across production volumes.
We also perform our own internal heat treating for aluminum alloys. This allows us to perform in-process anneals without causing delay to production in between draw operation.

Advanced forming capability for producing complex geometries and drawn shapes while maintaining material strength and consistency.
♦ Laser Cutting
High-speed, precision cutting ideal for clean edges, tight features, and repeatable blank preparation.
