From initial material verification through final inspection, we maintain strict controls to ensure every component meets design requirements and performs as intended. Our inspection capabilities are integrated directly into production, allowing for early detection of variation, reduced risk, and consistent repeatability across all builds. We support both in-process and final inspection activities, with documented results to meet customer and industry requirements. We work to industry-recognized standards and provide full traceability, ensuring confidence in every part we deliver.
Processes
♦ CMM Inspection
Equipped with both a traditional bridge CMM and a portable Romer arm, we can perform high-accuracy dimensional verification for complex geometries and tight tolerances.
♦ Tube Inspection
Our state-of-the-art visual tube inspection system utilizes 16 cameras to evaluate XYZ coordinates, bend angles, and profile tolerance along bent tubes.
♦ Hardness Inspection
Internal verification of Rockwell hardness material properties to ensure compliance with required specifications
♦ Pressure Testing
Validation of leak integrity and performance for components used in fluid and pressure systems. Media: Air/Nitrogen, Water
♦ First Article Inspection (FAI)
Fully compliant to AS9102 and other specific requirements, UTD is able to coordinate and package a complete FAIR.
